Meghan & Adam caught our hearts the moment we met them. Fun, loving and excited to call each other “husband & wife”, this couple was a joy to work with, through the entire planning process.

They really cared about the individual experience of their guests. As a result, we got a wedding weekend full of surprises for everyone.

Welcome to Cabo

Upon arrival, each guest received a welcome bag with personalized itineraries, snacks and fun mexican details to enjoy.

If you have different guest lists for each event, follow Meghan & Adam’s lead. And include each guest’s specific itinerary in their welcome bag. For example, the bridal party could be invited to the ceremony rehearsal. And only inmediate family to the rehearsal dinner.

Kicking off the weekend with a Sunset Cruise with everyone invited! Stunning sunsets, amazing views and a fun party to set the right tone of the weekend.

The wedding weekend – Rehearsal dinner

A delicious authentic mexican private dinner with direct family and bridal party only. It was the perfect way to thank their closest ones for their love and support.

First surprise of the night, were the personalized maracas that we used as seatting arrangements. Everyone’s reaction was priceless!

After dinner, the rest of the guests arrived for a mexican party with churros and margaritas. In addition, a local mexican band made everyone dance to popular songs played in a mexican style.

Beach Ceremony

No sand? No problem! You can always have a beach ceremony without sand on any shoes and dresses.

After a romantic ceremony, the surprises began again.

A Mariachi band played the recessional song as Meghan & Adam walked down the aisle.

Surrounded by chears and smiles, the mariachis led everyone to the Cocktail area, where the celebrations began right away.
